Contra Scandal (Ezra Arenson) has always had a passion for creating and performing music. He started early, learning violin at age 4 and then going on to become an accomplished heavy metal guitarist in high school. In 2009 he attended his first rave, “Lovevolution” in San Francisco, and this is where he finally found his true calling. He was immediately fascinated with the limitless boundaries of electronic music. Inspired by early innovators such as Caspa, Rusko, Liquid Stranger, and Nero, he began his journey of becoming a producer and DJ. Here he is today with 11 years of production experience, a cutting-edge DJ set featuring live violin, vocals, and endless ambition to alter our expectations of what is possible.
